Our efficient logistics processes ensure that from the initial enquiry to the final delivery, the right product is specified, manufactured, and shipped to the right place at the right time.

To date, we have manufactured over 40,000 fire doorsets from our Golden Thread Range for UK Social Housing Landlords on a supply-only basis. We take the same care to ensure that the final product is fitted and performs successfully as when we provide a supply and fit service. Where required by the client or contractor, this includes Grady staff undertaking the survey process.

All our doors are manufactured to meet and exceed the highest international safety standards. Our design team, based at our manufacturing campus, has developed our extensive range of products along with strict quality assurance protocols for manufacture and installation. This ensures that the fitted product is delivered with the best possible quality.

We have a proven logistics network, capable of manufacturing on a just-in-time basis, which minimizes waste and ensures that products are safely delivered by our own fleet to clients, meeting their program requirements. Currently, we have the capacity to manufacture approximately 400 fire doorsets per week, with an ongoing £1.8m investment to increase this capacity further.
